Real estate fascinates me, it is my passion. As a South Tyrolean, I made Merano my central home more than 20 years ago after working in various jobs both in Merano and at national and international locations.

Here I first worked in the tourism industry and then found my way into the real estate business.

Every property lives its own story. Real estate is unique, just like us humans. I benefit from my enriching real estate travels and use this experience for the individual mediation of each property in the sense of sustainability. For me, mediation means carefully bringing together real estate and people. Within thorough preliminary studies, the briefing and the evaluation take on a special significance. The analysis and balancing of all parties involved according to need and necessity is my basis for an optimal mediation for the benefit of all parties involved.
